Hi there, I'm Michelle, the proud owner of Blackstone Movers. With over 25 years of experience in the moving industry, I've had the opportunity to work alongside many moving companies, and that's given me the tools and knowledge to be an asset in this industry.

It always bothered me to see customers get ripped off, low balled, and sold empty promises. I thought there has to be a better way. I wanted to open a company that could understand a customer and see them as a person, not just a profit. After all, everyone's situation is different, and I always like to put myself in the customer's shoes, even though some people say it's a bad habit.

I know that everyone has a budget, and it's hard to go over the budget, especially when it's a large amount. That's why, as a company, we try to be clear and transparent with every customer to keep them in control of their own move. We won't make promises we can't keep, nor will we tell you what you want to hear just to appease you. Honesty and transparency are the key values that we live by.
